Job Description
Cubed Resourcing are currently recruiting for Temporary to Permanent Order Pickers for our client, a rapidly growing, forward thinking warehousing and distribution business based in Keighley. The role is temp to perm for the right candidate, providing an excellent opportunity to enter a company who are keen on progressing their staff.

Order Picker will include:
  • Picking of orders in line with customer requirements within time constraints
  • Liaising with clients directly to ensure the smooth running of the distribution process
  • Managing customer queries
  • Understanding the product and processes attached with each
  • Operating the internal computer systems
  • Loading and offloading containers and wagons
  • Other general warehouse duties as and where required
The successful candidate will be IT savvy, be confident with customer facing duties and be a quick learner. Ideally you will have warehouse/picking experience but this is not essential. This is a temp to perm opportunity but the successful candidate will need to demonstrate reliability, commitment and competence to be successful in gaining a permanent position. 

Hours of work: 
44 hours per week, 7:45 – 5:45 (4:45 finish on Friday)
Overtime regularly available, particularly in busy periods
Candidates will be expected to have some flexibility on the working hours to fit the needs of the business.

In return you will receive £8.21 per hour. The company also have a profit share scheme, pension scheme and life insurance when you go permanent.
You will need to demonstrate 5 years working references in order to be successful for this position.
