Are you fluent in French?

Not conversationally, able to order a baguette and small glass of red; we mean fluent and able to converse on a French online, digital platform with French customers on all matters of business, customer service, sales and returns.

We know you’re friendly, enthusiastic and have a customer-centric focus. Most importantly, we understand you’re excited about joining a bright, fresh and dare we say, funky company. No 2 days will be the same and you will be in charge of e-mail queries, customer calls, invoicing, refunds and even some technical advice (training is continuously provided in terms of customer care, the products, services and processes). What’s different here is the empowerment of the company, meaning; you will have the full autonomy to take charge of the customer journey from initial contact, right through to resolution.

With incredible products and an impressive e-commerce model; you will be operating in a fascinating and fulfilling international market place, developing a keen understanding of business to business procedures as well as their renowned marketing prowess.

The culture is fantastic with a team of like-minded individuals, super friendly and passionate about what they do. Based in their beautiful Harrogate offices with a common room to relax, a basic on-site gym and even the ability to play a spot of table tennis!

The role is traditionally a Monday to Friday role (08:30 am – 17:00pm) with some flexibility around busy periods as well as a good salary and pension package.
