Job Description

Cubed Resourcing are recruiting for a leading business who specialize in end-to-end,bespoke project management and development of retail stores, currently working with leading high street names.

They are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Warehouse Administrator to Support the admin needs of the Warehouse team to allow accurate recording through the business. Reporting to the Projects Team Leader, you will be responsible for collating POD reports, replenishment refreshments and consumables, customer service taking and making of calls, booking transport using an in-house system, generating picks using an in-house stock system, general and basic reporting, generating paperwork.

This role is a temporary cover until mid/end of October

Our client is looking for candidates that are available with immediate effect.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with reception cover
  • Assisting with the meeting and greeting clients
  • Meeting room, bookings, maintenance and refreshments
  • Processing store orders and uplifts
  • Data accuracy
  • Accountability for own outputs
  • Use and maintenance of spread sheets
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required

Successful candidates will have the following skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • Ability to maintain records/spreadsheets
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt throughout the day
  • Ability to interact on a level with other internal departments
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good time keeping
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Experience of operating IT systems/Microsoft office packages 

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 - 14:00 (our client can be flexible on these if needed)

Pay rate: £8.86/h
