Our manufacturing client based in Morley LS27 is looking for an experienced Administrator permanently to add to the current team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected business with a drive to expand.

  • 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30 am to 12.15 pm Friday 
  • Occasional overtime available

The main responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Using Microsoft Packages, Google mail, Google sheets
  • Help with Payroll duties
  • General admin duties


  • Administration knowledge and experience in taking orders and processing payments.
  • Understanding and Knowledge of the PayPal Terminal package
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Google Mail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages 
  • Solutions-driven mentality
  • Upbeat positive attitude 
  • A patient and understanding nature when dealing with certain demographics.
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
