About the Job:

As a Loading Team Member, you'll be an integral part of a fast-paced production team. We're looking for an individual with a can-do attitude and keen attention to detail, responsible for loading and unloading finished furniture products, whilst adhering to best practice loading techniques, quality, and safety procedures.

  • Loading approximately 300 units daily in teams of three.
  • Marshalling vehicles using dock levellers.
  • Scanning products.
  • Following Safe Stacking procedures.
  • Adhering to general safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Performing basic computer and administration tasks.
  • Prior manual handling experience required, including two-person lifts.
  • Previous experience with a pallet truck desirable.

Working hours:

Flexible Hours, Balanced Life: Guaranteed 39-hour workweek

Paid for 39 hours, no matter what

Monday to Friday, flexible start/finish:

🕖 Monday to Thursday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

🕗 Friday; 7:00am – 12:00pm

Summer Perk: in order for you to enjoy the (rare) sunshine, we give the option for you to work longer days for 4 days, and get an extra day off!

  • Experienced in loading and unloading tasks, ensuring efficient handling of goods.
  • Knowledgeable about safety procedures and protocols related to material handling.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Committed to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks efficiently.
