Job Title: Press Brake Operative
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our client, a renowned UK-based manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience in custom sheet metal design, manufacturing, and assembly, is looking for a talented Press Brake Operative to join their team in Wetherby (LS22).
This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that offers a comprehensive range of services, including CNC laser cutting, punching, milling, folding, sheet metal welding, powder coating, screen printing, and mechanical assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting up press brake machinery with precision
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Ensuring all products meet stringent quality control standards
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a press brake operative is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques
