Job Title: Process/Production Engineer (Graduate/Entry Level Considered)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our client, a renowned UK-based manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience in custom sheet metal design, manufacturing, and assembly, is looking for a motivated Process/Production Engineer to join their team in Wetherby (LS22).
This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for graduates or those new to the field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment with a company that offers a comprehensive range of services, including CNC laser cutting, punching, milling, folding, sheet metal welding, powder coating, screen printing, and mechanical assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design, development, and optimization of production processes
- Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement
- Supporting the implementation of process changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Collaborating with team members to resolve production issues
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contributing to the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
